Homes for Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme is still open for new applications.
Ukrainians and their family members who:
have been living in Ukraine on or immediately before 1 January 2022 and
who are outside the UK
can still apply to come and live in the UK if they have a sponsor.
What Is the Homes for Ukraine Scheme?
This scheme allows Ukrainian citizens and their family members to live in the UK if they have a sponsor who can offer them a home.
It gives you the right to stay in the UK for up to 18 months (with the possibility of extending).
You can work, study, use NHS healthcare, and claim benefits if needed.
Who Can Be a Sponsor?
A sponsor can be:
A UK or Irish citizen or someone who has settled status (like Indefinite Leave to Remain).
over 18 years old.
can offer you a safe home or room for at least 6 months.
How to Apply for the Visa
Find a Sponsor
Apply Online
You or your sponsor or your immigration adviser can complete the application form on the official UK government website:

Provide Documents: a passport or ID document (expired can be accepted too) and other documents required by the form
Biometrics Appointment
In most cases, you will need to go to a visa application centre to give fingerprints and a photo. You will need to visit Visa Application centre in Kyiv to provide your biometrics.
Wait for a Decision
Most people get a decision within 3 weeks after providing their biometrics.
