If you’re undergoing NHS treatment and your vehicle doesn’t meet Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) standards, you may be eligible to claim a reimbursement for the ULEZ charge for your journey to and from your appointment.
You can also claim back the Congestion Charge if traveling through central London.
You may qualify if:
You are too ill, weak, or disabled to use public transport, or
During an epidemic or pandemic, you are considered too vulnerable to travel on public transport.
