OFFICE OPENING HOURS
The Office is open from Monday to Friday 9am to 16.30pm.
Please call us first or come to a drop-in session every Monday and Thursday at 9.30am – an appointment will be made if necessary. We are unable to see users without appointment during the week.

Advice and help for people in poverty and at risk of homelessness
Call Advice Line on 0800 121 4226 free from landlines, Monday to Friday 9am – 4.30pm.
You must call us first or come on Monday or Thursday morning for drop-in assessment – we will not be able to see people without a pre-booked appointment during the week.

Immigration advice and filling forms (residence, naturalisation)

Family law advice
One-off 30-minute advice for users unable to access high street solicitors. Every second Wednesday afternoon.
