We went to BBC Radio 4 to talk with Brits in Spain on Brexit concerns through radio link with Talk Radio Europe

On Tuesday, 17 January 2017, we were invited to BBC Radio 4 morning show to discuss concerns of EU nationals living in the UK and British expats living in Spain in the face of approaching Brexit. The programme was broadcast in Britain and Spain together through linking up BBC Radio 4 and the biggest British radio station in Spain: Talk Radio Europe. We hope to include a link to the show as soon as it’s ready.

The show showed that all Europeans share similar concerns, whether citizens of Britain living abroad or EU citizens living in Britain: access to healthcare, access to public services and education, ease of doing cross-border business, and many others.

Some of these concerns we provided as an oral evidence to the House of Commons’ Committee on Exiting the EU. The session took place on Wednesday, 18 January 2017 – you can read more about our views and submission in our blog.
